Nikela “Nikki” Owens, Ph.D, A.Y.S., R.Y.T. is an educator and yoga enthusiast. Nikela is certified in in both yoga and zumba. She finds her teaching inspirations from a variety of yoga traditions including ashtanga yoga, anusara yoga and para yoga. Nikki infuses elements from these traditions to create eclectic yoga classes including: gentle yoga, yoga for athletes, restorative yoga, funky inversions and fun & fiery power yoga flows.
