Reuniting the body, mind and breathe with all that is around us. I spent many years studying Anusara yoga. Achieving Anusara-inspired status in 2006 and letting it dissolve in 2012. I teach and study yoga with alignment. Making subtle movements of the body with the breathe as the external form appears still. Exploring the delicate. Balancing this out with larger movements and postural flows. Let’s explore together.
