Christine Mouch RYT 200, Registered Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance
Christine started exploring yoga while coaching and training for marathons. Along with gaining more flexibility, strength and preventing injury….she came to realize that her yoga practice was becoming a way of life. Yoga has offered her that place of stillness in a world that is constantly moving. She got her 200 hour RYT certification through It’s Yoga in June of 2014 and hopes to start working toward a 500 hour certification in the near future. She hopes to share some of the benefits she has experienced with others. Christine specializes in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow,and Hatha Yoga.
