A private lesson can help you deepen your practice by exploring the fundamentals of yoga, specific breathing techniques, alignment adjustments and modifications for injuries or health conditions. Lessons can be at your home or at It’s Yoga. It’s Yoga offers two types of private lessons: the one-on-one private and the in-class private.

One-on-one sessions allow a student to explore specific areas of interest such as philosophy, chanting, postures or asanas, alignment, etc. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced practitioner, a private lesson can really enhance in the progression of your practice. With on-hand certified teachers, a one-one-one session is tailored to fit the needs of each individual student, so beginners can work on the fundamentals and more experienced students can work with specific needs.
