New to It’s Yoga

Try the NEW BEGINNER COURSE (Read More) that will start again on July 10.  It meets every Wednesday from 7:30 – 8:45 pm for the following 6 weeks. It is a progressive course that sequentially introduces the fundamentals of  Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga. This course includes a 6-week unlimited pass that allows exploration of other classes & styles taught at It’s Yoga.  CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED  If you cannot attend the full course and space is available, you may attend part of this course and the class fee will be prorated.

For the older adult or anyone who desires slower-paced yoga classes:

  • YOGA FOR 50 + – Tuesday morning 9:15 – 10:30 am
  • SUBTLE BODY YOGA – Sunday morning 11:00 am – 12:30 pm & Thursday morning 9:15 – 10:30
  • HATHA FLOW – Wednesday morning 9:15 – 10:30 am.

For a relaxed meditative approach to stretching, try YIN YOGA every Thursday evening 7:45 – 9:00 pm.
