New to It’s Yoga

Try the New Beginners Course that begins October 10 and meets every Wednesday for the next 6 weeks. This course includes a 6-week unlimited pass that allows exploration of other classes & styles taught at It’s Yoga.

For the older adult or anyone who desires a more gentle relaxing class, The Yoga for 50+ is held every Tuesday morning.

For a meditative approach to stretching, try Yin Yoga with Sunshine every Thursday evening.
