A gradual introduction to the practices of yoga in a comfortable small class setting. Learn how to get the most out of your yoga practice. In this class you will learn proper technique and alignment for yoga postures, as well as, powerful breathing techniques to influence your mental and emotional state.
This class is a six week series that meets on Wednesdays from 7:30pm – 8:45pm, beginning on May 17. The cost is $72 and includes an unlimited yoga pass to the other classes on our class schedule during the course. You will get much better results from your yoga practice if you take a second class each week during the course.
