It includes vinyasa power yoga poses and variations of muscle-toning moves that enhances body awareness and develop supple strength with an emphasis on strengthening abs, back, hips and pelvis. Previous Yoga or Pilates Experience Recommended

A dynamic practice based on the Primary Series developed by Pattabhi Jois. It develops endurance, strength, and flexibility; all the while burning toxins and reducing stress. Creates a firm foundation to build an Ashtanga practice. For Reasonably Fit Beginners.

Yoga Adventure w/ Kurt Mathys

Advanced instruction in arm balances, back bends, inversions and other interesting postures taken from all six Classical Ashtanga Series. Learn to customize postures to your needs with hands on adjustments. Ashtanga 2 Experience Required. The full primary series of Ashtanga yoga is taught on the first Friday of each month.
