Advanced instruction in arm balances, back bends, inversions and other interesting postures taken from all six Classical Ashtanga Series. Learn to customize postures to your needs with hands on adjustments. Ashtanga 2 Experience Required. The full primary series of Ashtanga yoga is taught on the first Friday of each month.
