Our six week beginner series is a gradual introduction to the practices of yoga in a comfortable small class setting.
Learn how to get the most out of your yoga practice. In this class you will learn proper technique and alignment for yoga postures, as well as, powerful breathing techniques to help you experience more clarity and focus.
This class is a six week series that meets on Wednesdays from 7:30pm – 8:45pm.
